By making payment the Exhibitor is deemed to have read and accepted the terms and Conditions set out herein.
The Exhibitor has agreed to attend the “Getting Hitched Expo” on 20th June 2010 and to :

Display relevant merchandise in the designated site during operating times specified by the Getting Hitched committee. If this requirement is not met, the committee have the right to refuse application from such exhibitors at future exhibitions.

To set stands up between 6.30am & 9.00am on the morning of the 2oth day of June 2010, no late setups will be permitted & entry fee will be forfeited. Stallholders are to maintain material & equipment within the allocated area in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations.

Stands must not be dismantled before the conclusion of the event. Failure to do this will result in your business being excluded from future expos. All vehicles on display within the exhibition must remain on site for the full duration as specified by the organiser (or by prior agreement). Exhibition closing time is 3pm for visitors. Stands must be dismantled between 3.15pm and 6pm.

If your display consists of drapes & frames higher than 4’ (120cm) which completely surround the back and/or sides of your exhibitor stand please contact the Getting Hitched committee so that your stand may be placed in a position that does not interfere with the visibility of adjoining stall holders. Contact with the Committee must be done prior to 1st May each year.

Stall holders are Not to distribute or display any third party literature or material other than the business name stated on the application/contract. No table sharing is allowed. Any exhibitors that do not adhere to this rule will be asked to leave the event & will not be accepted at future Getting Hitched expos.
5.1:

Groups such as CCWP (Central Coast Wedding Professionals) and CCWS (Central Coast Wedding Specialists and Gindurra Park are not permitted to buy an individual exhibitor stand for their group however current active & financial members who have paid to have an exhibitor stand may display cards/flyers/brochures on their exhibitor stand.
6.a: An exhibitor who has paid and accepted into the Getting Hitched expo (who would normally not be allowed to disply other business material) but is a member of a group (as listed above in #6) can display cards/flyers/brochures advertising the group they are an active member of.
6.b: The cards/flyers/brochures advertising the group (as listed above in #6)
cannot advertiser/list/mention any individual or businesses in any way.
6.c: The 3 groups (as listed above in #6) are not to distribute showbags or folders or any other item that may hold or advertise/list/mention any individual or business.
6.d:
If any other group (not listed above in #6) would like the opportunity for their exhibitors to display cards/flyers/brochures you are invited to submit a formal request with a sample of the groups cards/flyers/brochure and any other relevant information available. This can be submitted for discussion and evaluation by the committee if submitted at least 2 months prior the expo.

Noise level at stalls must be kept at a minimum so that they do not interfere with other exhibitors.

Except as stated herein, the Getting HItched committee make no representations, conditions or warranties in relation to the exhibition. Under no circumstance shall the committee be liable in contract for any indirect, special or consequential damages caused by or arising out of the exhibition or cancellation of the exhibition, and the exhibitor shall indemnify and keep indemnified the organisers/committee against all costs, damages, claims or proceedings whatsoever in respect thereof.

The exhibitor will be liable for any damage caused to walls, floors or equipment of the building that the exhibition is being held or any of the organisers material or equipment.

The committee shall not be under any responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages to exhibit by loss, damage, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots or any other cause whatsoever.

The Getting Hitched committee policy is to make open to all comers (with first opportunity given to www.weddings4u.com.au advertisers) the opportunity to participate at the expo. Placements are STRICTLY on a first in basis with payment due within 24 hours. If payment is not forthcoming placement will go to the next business in that category on the wait list. (Note: Even if you are a weddings4u advertisers this does not guarantee a position as all placements per category are strictly on a first in basis within the time frame allowed, as indicated above.)

Once the committee accepts the payment & acceptance acknowledged to the Exhibitor the payment becomes non-refundable.

The exhibitor shall pay the full sum specified by the committee to occupy the site during the term of the “Getting Hitched Expo" at the time of registration otherwise stall space will not be held. No refunds will be given unless extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the exhibitor can be provided with a small administration fee or a replacement stall holder can be found.

The committee reserves the right to refuse any business to participate at the expo and which will be at the committee's discretion.

The committee reserves the right to terminate any business from participating in the expo and will refund in full all monies paid.

Unruly and unacceptable behaviour, as determined by the committee, will result in removal and refusal to participate at this and future Getting Hitched wedding expos.

In the event that the committee have to cancel the event, all monies will be refunded less a 10% admin fee. The committee reserve the right to postpone or amend the stated dates of this exhibition (the organisers will give no less than 14 days notice of any such postponement).

The committee reserve the right in unforeseen circumstances to amend, alter or re-allocate the space or the location of an exhibitor's stand and the exhibitor can take no objection or make no claims for compensation or damages in relation to any allocation of the size or the space re-allocated by the committee. The exhibitor shall not assign or subject any part of the stand space without the consent of the committee.

The committee reserves the right to update, modify and amend these Terms & Conditions without notice. It is the exhibitor responsiblity to thoroughly read and keep up-to-date with these Terms & Conditions which are available at

Exhibitors should be aware that an assertive and aggressive marketing campaign will be implemented for the Getting Hitched Expo to ensure the events success. Subsequently no responsibility will be accepted by Getting Hitched Expo for the lack of attendance or loss of profit to any Exhibitor.

The exhibitor also acknowledges that the Getting Hitched committee will attempt to have all potential brides to the “Getting Hitched Expo” fill out a registration form. Information obtained shall be collated by the committee into a database suitable for follow-up use by the exhibitors on the following basis:
- The acknowledgment by the exhibitor that the database remains the property of the committee at all times.
- The agreement by the exhibitor only to use the database in the manner permitted by the committee, and for no other purpose whatsoever, the information on the database may not be disseminated to any third party without the express written permission of the Getting Hitched committee.
